I decided it’s time to put my passion and life-mission to work – making an impact on others!

I originally became an entrepreneur because I wanted freedom and autonomy, but after a while realized that I didn’t have all the answers. I was lost and quickly becoming burnt out – I needed support! I found my own personal coach and networking group, and it was a game changer: I grew, my company grew, and I was inspired!

I launched Greenlight Leadership Consulting Group with one thing in mind – use my knowledge, experience, success and yes, even my failures, to make a difference in others. I enjoy empowering people by honoring their unique strengths and helping them be the best they can be!

Now, I’m privileged to coach, consult, and mentor individuals that are ready to make changes that will enhance their effectiveness as a leader… to lead with vision and manage with wisdom! I step beyond where your friends or colleagues choose to go – to open your mind to “greenlight thinking”.

As your coach and consultant, I will be your strategist, resource, and confidante.
